This is my first time ever posting in this sub normally I'm a lurker I've been on and off nofap for the past three years, this time im very determine and focused on chasing my goals. But I have a problem I can't seem to find that happiness within my self. I want to be able to start my own family one day but I get so angry, bitter and frustrated when i see or hear about other people just having their child or they're relationships. Some times it feels I'm not compatible with most females because how I carry myself and have a different view of life. It's to the point where Im obsessed seeking attention/validation from females to where it's on my mind 24/7 and it's driving me up the fucking wall! I just wanted some advice from y'all that's all, thanks!

Firstly, you're not alone don't think negatively, and always there is someone there for you just give it time and be patient, also if you are on no PMO continue, if you're not I suggest to join, also stay away from the social media that shows hot chickens dont stare at theme at all in real life too because your mind will think about theme all the day and focusing on theme, focus on your life, I wish you a great life, STAY STRONG!!!

Stop watching porn and stop masturbating for two years, you're gonna solve the problem.

I said 2 years because it's a good time span to reverse pmo problems, but actually it's better to stop for the rest of our lives, not only for 2 years.
