Before I started PMOing, I remember I had a lot of confidence, I had no anxiety, and I had the no fucks given attitude. As of right now (Day 25), I've got all my confidence back, and all of my anxiety is gone. I still don't entirely have the no fucks given attitude, but its getting to that point. My approach anxiety is also very minimal. But, its still there.

Hopefully that will come back with time.

HOWEVER, I noticed I have trouble with eye contact. I'm not sure if I had this problem before I started PMOing, but I can't look at a hot chick walking down the street for too long. It just scares me on the inside. I'm really hoping to get some helpful responses about this. Because I am getting really good reception from chicks in classes and stuff, so chicks are probably digging my confidence and all that stuff about pheromones or whatever, but if I cant make eye contact picking them up is kinda difficult.

    Good Timing on the post.

I recently just started training myself for this. And some of the things that have helped me is to stare at the bridge of the nose. Another thing I do when I start feeling weird about it and might break eye contact is that I make sure to stare at the different features within that "window" (Look at the left eye, then look at the right eye, stare at the bridge of the nose, and look at those features as a whole). Ill bounce back and forth between those features to help calm my anxiety about it. And one last thing I do is look at blog type youtube videos of people that maintain eye contact with the camera. I do this to test myself and to see if I can maintain eye contact throughout the entire video without breaking it.

Doing these things have helped me immensely when it comes to interacting with other people on a day to day basis. It has a much more welcoming effect on others as opposed to occasionally glancing at the person your speaking to.. Doing that can make others feel as if your not really interested in them, and might make them feel quite uncomfortable too.. Even though I still get that strange feeling on the inside as you described, its not as bad as it used to be. Give it a shot. And, GoodLuck!!!
