[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

7/7 made it. Was not easy, even this morning i was fightingnwith myself to control my thoughts and get up off the bed.

Just beat the 3 day challenge and moving onto the 7 day challenge.

Day 5/7: Got up with the sun today. I feel tired, but it's a good thing

Day 6 - I flatlined quite hard today but I pushed through it and I'm feeling positive. Tomorrows another day, I'll see if I make it to the end of this challenge.

 

I pounded each ungodly week of September for you boys out with progress.

Throw me to the ground and circle stomp me if I come back into this thing.

Day 6/7: For the first time in a while I got up at 6:00. I'm up before the sun, now I've got to actually wake up. I'm planning on meditating today.

 

So I finished the 3 days challenge and will have a serious attempt on this one again.
