bottom line, does nofap boost beard growth? when i say i have no facial hair, i mean none. im 20 years old and i get like 8 hairs on my chin and a terrible excuse of a moustache if I can even call it that. so im not one of those people who have a weak beard lacking thickness etc, I just have nothing. will nofap definitely help me? anyone got any good/similar stories to share?
Hello beardlacker, welcome to this Page! I dident discover that my Beard grew any thicker since i do no PMO, i think beards grow thin or thick for genetic reasons.
