Am on 214.. still counting

Hey people,
It's my 214'th day of NoFap streak. Amazing nahh!! I just counted it. I only remember counting my hundred days streak , after that I never counted, actually I even forgot about what actually PMO is. So people I just suggest u start a nofap streak. Yea! It's difficult ,but don't give u. U may relapse someday but make sure u start the steak again. Nofap has changed my life a lot , it gives u a lot of confidence, it regains u strength. And the best part of getting rid of one addiction is that slowly u get rid of all other addiction u have . U mostly concentrate on ur work.
Ok people that's it make sure u start ur streak today. "NOFAP"
