Keeping up routines and habits. Any advice?

    I've been getting better and better at rebooting and just had to reset on day 70. With experience I've edited my reboot to support me pretty well. As described in my reboot log. (Go to the end for the last iteration) I've got little helpers like bed time routines, positive affirmation and meditation.

    However, when things go well, I find myself slipping out of these routines. Any advice on how to keep them and build them as good habits?

    Thanks! Yes I've tried the chain in the past with variable success. The problem I run into is if something unexpected turns up and the chain breaks but without me having been able to do anything about it. For example, I regularly struggle to go to sleep on time instead of procrastinating. But sometimes there is no choice due to social commitments.
