The three last nights were hot because the season change (spring is as hot as summer here).

I thinking more about myself and the reason to masturbate, and more important, why I will br happier without it.

It is a reward without objective and we need reboot in my way of thinking, to understand that nothing worth comes without pain (efforts).

Day 0, I completed my 7 day challenge. Now I am setting a higher goal, 14 days.

 

Day 1 Done,

Wet Dreams Occurred,

While I'm walking early in the morning I went to the church near the garden where I walking, exercise, mediation etc the bell were ringing at around 6am this experience was new to me & was nice the bell were ringing in silence, I just feeling the vibe, love it, I didn't go inside I just standing outside listening the bell feeling vibe, atmosphere, cool climate, i love to go into the church the reason behind I didn't go inside coz I don't know much about church what to follow? What not to follow? That time I just washed my face & brushes my teeth, no shower I taken.

But the experience was really great I just knew that I just try new thing

I relapsed. I received a message on my ps4 from unknown person and it triggered me , I have tightened up the security now, only friends can message me. Will go for confession on Sunday.

I'm in, again. I hate to say it, but i have an absolute problem with abstaining. I did a 123 days reboot and since then i fuck up all the time!
