[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Whoa, that was close.

After posting earlier i read a book for 45 minutes and then set an alarm to take a 15 minute nap. Somehow during this i got the most massive erection that would not go away. No sexual thoughts even, just snoozing. i got out of bed and did pushups, that didnt help. So i jumped in the shower and turned the water on cold. A solid 2-3 minutes of cold water and it still didnt go away! What the heck?? I stayed in there though and it slowly went away but God damn that was an unsettling experience. I got through it but wow nothing like that ever happened to me before. No warning, no trigger, no edging, just straight up rock hard bonesville. I hope that doesn’t happen too many more times in these 90 days.

2/90. Got outside yesterday, breathed fresh air and ran 9 miles. Used the internet for motivation for nofap and inspiration to reach my goals. To do this each and every day, go to any lengths to beat this addiction. What do I need to do today to stay away from pmo and not fall for the bullshit in my head. Good luck all

Day 9 successful

 

Day 16/90/. I had quite a bit of downtime as I was sick so I stayed home a lot.
It seemed the urges were either magnified or non-existent, but I'm still going strong.

 

Don't be free ever.. Just keep doing, anything, whatever you have wished for in your life ( I don't mean sexual pleasure). When you get tired, go to sleep without even touching your phone.

It gets seemingly unbearable, but it IS bearable. Post on here, get away from phone and computer, go outside for a walk, pray, meditate, whatever tools you can find, use them, because one thing is for sure: you'll feel worse after a binge. And you'll feel better after getting over an urge. Guess that's two things. stay strong brother!
