Day 0, will be starting with this one instead of the 30 day again. Small steps with a feeling of accomplishment at smaller intervals.

Day 5/7 -- Urges are still there but have lessened in strength, and I feel in greater control than ever before. I just need to not lose sight of the goal or become complacent, thinking that I don't need to actively resist.

 

Day 4 of 7.

I'm ok. Just taking care of some responsibilities.

Brothers... I relapsed... I was really optimistic and had some feeling that that's it, but...
But at least I can say that even if it was just a 6 days, I already felt a lot of improvements and benefits. Beautiful feeling. I want it again. I imagine that it's so nice feeling to be free...

I made IT guys 7 days without porn. Thank you Guys for your Support wish to see you again in the 14-day Challenge.

 

0 day running in hard mode and 5 day in normal mode feeling ossum withot PMO.
Fantasy thought is the biggest problem its lead me to M first then P and then O.
I have to stop fantasizing, but how? So difficult.

Faced a urge but managed with walking outside, sort of exercise like push up,jumping jacks, stretching, most important praying...then urge starting fade away,
