Self improvement habits

    What things and habits you reccomend to add in my list? I do:
    • Wake up early
    • Cold Showers
    • No Pmo
    • Exercise
    • Meditation
    • No drugs, alcohol, cigarettes
    • Eating healthy
    • No using smartphone for 1hour in the morning and 1h before bed.

    I would definitely add learning a new skill.
    Something you think could be useful or just plain fun.
    This can be anything. Something art related like drawing or playing an instrument,
    or tech-related like programming or maybe learing a new language.
    Whatever you think you might enjoy.

    Agree with all of that. I'd also add learning a new skill and socialize! Very important these days.

  9. Exercise every other day, healthy eating (which I haven't been able to master yet), and smiling.

    Something I'm trying to do is practice piano every evening, but I haven't been as diligent as I want. I would also like to begin cold showers so I think I'll start that tomorrow.

    Go for a walk with a friend daily long walk like 2-3 miles its alot fun

    Great list. Other than the things everyone else said, I would recommend to find the thing that's most important to you/closest to your core as a human being, and do that thing first. Maybe not literally first if you already have exercise planned out in the morning. But for me, on the days I can do the thing I need to, then the rest of the day feels lighter.

    If you havent read it I urge anyone to read "how to win friends and influence people", a great book to put into practise on a reboot

    Cut caffeine as well. It is considered an abusive mind altering substance as well.
    Other than that do something you love to do.
