    Will power is matter of daily motivation, and that depends on our goal (be free from porn, pmo) - So don't be to hard on yourself, healing process takes a time. Dont' worry it will be good :) , You are on this forum and this is a important thing :)

    Dude it not easy what we are dealing with. Don't sit down in your relapsed state and cry your self deeper into defeat. Get back up and keep fighting. It very normal to relapse in this struggle, all those posting success stories actually were where you are today.
