Hi everyone, Is a depressive feeling a sign of addiction. A Withdrawal symptom. I mean I don't feel bad in daily life. Does the brain react with depressed feelings when I do nofap.
Maybe. You can at least take encouragement from knowing that you are trying to do better. Don't forget to exercise and eat some healthy stuff..

PMO is a huge factor of my life long depression and low self esteem issues. It (depression) lessons as I get time away from PMO. Still comes and goes but is too noticeably absent when I stop the PMO. I can't explain why my depression lessons and frankly, don't care as long as the depression is lowered. I'm convinced beyond a doubt. My depression gauge is in my hands and within my control. Sure life will happen and bad things are inevitable;I guess. But, nopmo is something that we can control. I love this site. I don't think I would of figured this out without this site and YBOP. Very thankful right now.
