Porn is a disease....and im the cure with a sword in hand. Once and for all....... How long do you want this challenge to last? By default it is one month, but 90 days is recommended for rebooting. You can't know how long it will take to "rewire" your brain, it widely varies due to individual circumstances. Some people require a year or longer to regain sexual function. The challange will go until 7th October. What are your goals? Live without porn and masturbation if possible... If not then make it so that there is no porn and fap no more then once a month. Sorry for my absence. I've been on a vacation with family down into the backwoods of Kentucky. There was little cell signal and WiFi down there, so it was definitely an easy couple days. Day 10: It's nice to be back home. I think now I'm going to try to settle back into my routine that's gotten me so much success!
