NoFap's Official PMO-Free 2015 New Year's Resolution Thread

I am not going to watch porn and masturbate.
I will live a year long free of PMO.
This is because i am Willing to become the best man i can be. Thanks for this thread.

 

I already started and wrote down my goals, but I'll write them again to encourage people who just read this and don't post often to write their goals as explained, because experiments show how people who write down their goals are much more likely to achieve them.

1 and 2. I won't watch Porn until the point I really don't feel the urge to watch porn. I won't masturbate at least until April 15, unless by that time I still have ED, in which case I will delay M further.

3. I'm doing this to recover from my crippling PIED, get rid of my crippling porn addiction, create new healthy habits that make me realize my potential and grow on the path to greatness at all levels (health, love, wealth) and their components (e.g. mental health, physical health, monetary wealth, cultural wealth, etc.)

 

I'm going for Hard Mode for 90 days
I want to beak the fantasy cycle for the last 15 years
I want to be in control of my life

 

I started the year feeling optimistic but now i have already started hating myself for relapsing. I will still put in more effort, i know nothing is impossible, when there is a will, they is always gonna be a way. The internal struggle with this PMO Monster continues but i will definitely emerge victorious. Thanks for all the help and support on here from you guys.

 

Thank you for that clarification Alexander. I would like to see Ramy's lifetime ban rescinded because if you look what he said, the sanction was utterly disproportionate.
