Hello everyone, I am a 16-year-old colombian boy that currently lives in Bogotá. I´ve had PMO addiction since 12. Maybe because I couldn´t control my hormones or simply not having something to do. I consider myself to be very ambitious and I have many goals in life, I think I may need to conduct all that energy that I have wasted into things that I am really passionate about. When I first heard of NoFap I thought that I didn´t need that because I thought I wasn´t addicted. But time passed and I realized I needed masturbation to reduce stress and anexiety, I became really dependent. I masturbated and watched porn practically every day. Now, I am in 11th grade (wich is the last grade before university here in Colombia), In the summer vacations that I had I heard about the benefits and I became really excited ti´ll this moment. after 1 week of not masturbating I experienced really good benefits (such as more energy) but I masturbated after making out with girls and basically that was the cycle in vacations, being a few days not PMO and then get horny because I let those feelings control me. I know it´s not bad having sexual feelings, the bad shit is putting that in the cebter of your actions and let that control you. Anyway, school started a short time ago and I want the benefits for like, every aspect of my life, I am writing this for having MORE compromise and to know by other examples that I can control myself. this is the end of day 2, im going for the 90 day challenge.
