    I am having a really bad stretch of days. I feel so lost and aimless. I had a good feeling in week 4 after that something happened and I am getting thoughts about going back. Any help is appreciated.

    I can't remember, that's the problem. Usually i am driven by guilt to nofap but I can't feel that anymore. What do I do?

    Don't look at 30+ days or 4 weeks our anything like that. Instead, defeat the next urge exactly like you've fought off every previous one: ONE AT A TIME.

    This time period you're in right now catches a lot of guys. But you know that once you get through this current funk, it will become easier again. So close your eyes, take the slow breaths, tell yourself you can do this. Then just do it.
