Use k9 web protection, or you can use clearbrowsing dns.

 

It gets better the longer you go.

For me, after a relapse, a full-blown PMO relapse or even heavy edging binge filled with intoxicants where I manage to escape a full-blown O but it goes on for days on end, it takes around 2 weeks to start to not feel like hell. The urges also disappear for me after the first 3 or 4 days, but they come back to "test" me in the coming weeks and months. Urges subside over the months but I have to say they never truly disappear. We only can learn how not to act on them in time.

 

Lol I saw my father was browsing porn on his home PC and installed it for him. I guessed his password, he tends to use his birthdate. I guarantee the moment he decides to look up porn he will work around it somehow. I tried though.

 

I have a combination of k9 web protection, clearbrowsing dns and ublock origin. Furthermore, I create a black list in k9 with all web site that have been made me relapse and I delete with ublock all buttons linked to images on google and bing search engines.
