    Hello everyone,

    Brief history: masturbate for the last 15 years or so. I am in this death grip now that I can not enjoy sex happiness with my wife.

    I am quitting masturbation & today will be my day 1.

    I will try to NOT stay alone at anytime....

    Welcome. It is good to try and be around other people and to make sure you fill that void with new things to do.
