Please help

    I am 19 years old. I watched porn when I was 13, by mistake, and since then I am addicted to it. Despite my efforts, I am unable to overcome my addiction. Ever time I lose out.
    It has taken a toll on my studies, relationships and social interactions as well. I feel like a looser due to this. Had so many suicidal thoughts as well.
    Came to nofap as last resort. Please help me.

    Hey there. Glad to have you on here you have taken a big step coming on here and admitting you need help. I would encourage you to read the resources on yourbrainonporn.com they really helped me understand the addiction and why I do what I do. You aren't alone in this all of us are struggling with this and we are all here to help each other. Keep your head up and if you ever need someone to talk to just shoot me a message.

    You can get a _lot_ out of NoFap...if you engage with the site. It's a two-way thing, whereby we share, inform, and support each other. The more you do that, the more encouraged and "armed" to overcome it you will be. Best of success, guy!
