Alright: Day 2/14: Today I procrastinated during the day, but still got my daily tasks done in the evening. But now I'm tired.
Well I am in and since I am doing 1 challenge at a time I was hoping to roll them over I.e.finishing the 7 day challenge would put me at day 7 of the 14, finishing day 14 would get 2/3 the way through the 21 Ect... however kinda put that idea to bed. As I was typing this post random thing I've heard from somewhere in my past popped into my head, "The best things in life are neither free or easy". So I will be resetting my challenge counter every few weeks as I progress through the challenges, but my overall PMO counter will not change until I falter. Makes me wish I could have two counters... BTW today Saturday 8/11/18 will be day 1 for this challenge
Day 0 of 14. The alcohol trigger got me again. It's ALWAYS the day after I drink. I'm getting better, but still slowly learning more. Bummed, but happy.
Haha gohamm, when I first started doing these challenges I actually signed up for the 7, 14, 21, 30 and 60 all at once, and posted in all of them. My idea was to post in all of them until i completed them one by one, so that by day 31 for example the first 4 would be done. Really, we can do these any way we want, since these are personal challenges and we are not competing against each other. But I realized that this way was not the most efficient, and doing them one at a time would be much more rewarding at the end, and of course would last a lot longer. I went back and deleted all my posts from doing it that way and started over at day 0 from the 3 day challenge, and went one at a time from there. Much more rewarding that way. You could always have a separate counter on paper or on a counting app that you never close. Good luck!
Beginning of day 11! Sometimes it feels hard to want to keep going but at this point I’m just going to keep going!
Day-3/14 Urges are starting to probe my defenses a little more than usual. Found myself edging to youtube videos but controlled myself meditation really does help you control your thoughts and redirect them... Still....Motivated! And another one for you all: "Pity those who want the perfect life! Break me, tear me apart, let me be beaten and altered by life, let my life be touched and touch in return for I will be Human, for there is no reason on earth to be scared of yourself". – The book of Pook
9/14: so far had a good busy week and kept myself From P-subbing as well.. taking it one day at a time.
