Today I will not use porn because it literally sends so many negative messages to my brain.

Today I will not PMO because of the unhealthy association it has created between my brain and my dick and my eventual, synthetic "O". I will also start to post in this thread every day as a constant reminder to destroy this unhealthy habit along with the rest of my fellow Fapstronauts.

Today I will not use porn because I have been addicted to it since I was 9, and I am sick and tired of using it as a coping mechanism. When I don't watch porn, I'm much more positive, more productive, and have faith in myself. I deserve better than porn.
Porn will never help me accomplish my dreams. It is just a waste of time and energy that results in guilt, shane, and feeling drained.

I mean we don't look at pics or vids of food and stick our fingers in our mouths and pretend we're eating. How ridiculous would that be? Yet that's basically what porn is. Porn is fucking ridiculous.
