How long to fully recover ????

    So i wanted to ask you guys . How long to fully recover ??
    I had been watching porn for 5 years and masturbate to porn and with out it about 3_4 times a day . So how long ???

    No one really knows everyone is different.

    Judging from your post though you probably going to need 90 days plus to get better

    Time of recovery’s different for everyone. It took me over a year to finally lose the desire for porn, but it may be different for you.

    Take things one day at a time.

    Everyone is different. Everyone here has had different issues and different reasons. The only thing i can guarantee you is that it gets better with time, assuming you stay positive and assuming you stay committed.

    Could be soon, could be a long while. But recovery will happen eventually that's for sure.
