Does it really works? And hello !

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and I follow NoFap for many years and I wonder if it really works about masturbation or if it is a "placebo" effect. It is the good word in english ? That's not my native language. I mean you can believe it is benefit for you and you finish to believe it is really good after few weeks or months. I saw testimony about people who don't want to stop masturbation and that's what they say, maybe because they are not able to stop it ? For sure it is. My life is not a failing but I believe we are all able to do better and life always starts tomorrow. If you have some links about articles or survey on the matter, it would be great !
