Day zero. I keep relapsing after 4 or 5 or 6 days, maybe a week but that occurs rarely. I'll write in this thread everyday twice or maybe thrice to keep reminding me, and have hold on my rather uncontrollable senses and urges. Any advice will be helpful.
Day 2 completed. With gratitude from where I started to where I am now. I am excited about what is to come.
Day 2 had to look up at my last post to see where I was. But that is an issue of my work a holic life. So here is my question of the day I am married and have had p issues my entire 12 year marriage well I am trying to do a hard reset as I am suffering from severe pied. My goal is at least 365 PMO free, while my wife supports me and my endeavor but she is not liking the lack of sex for a year... Any input?
Relapsed once yesterday,my day 4...but I've once heard that when you relapse once, you should try to make sure you don't relapse again.So day 1/7 for me today.
Relapsed...!!!! Had a good run of 37 days.. But the thing is I relapsed in 6days after quitting 7 day challenge.. Ok so I go again this time 10 sets of 7 day challenge to keep me focused and motivated.. here we go.. Day 0/7... 0/10
