Day 6 down. Feeling good. I strongly recommend quitting video games for 90 days too. The more time you spend away from electronics, the more likely you'll succeed
Day 70 Home stretch, and is getting harder to nofap. Maybe I am here partly because of my internet addiction. Gotta read some of my many books so I don't spend all day staring at the shiny, glowing screen.
Like this post if this sounds familiar... *Sees something sexy on TV, let's say a women in college in a movie, looks up college women on Google (trying to be safe of course due to the streak and wanting to stay in line)... Then looks up college women in school uniforms, then hot college women, then hot college girls in underwear, then naked girls...... Then streak broken. All happening in less than 5 min. That's how dangerous even a peak can be. Cold showers, saying no and getting up and doing something else, or getting on here and reading the form helps in these situations. Has saved me these past 6 days
Day 28 of hardmode. Today my brain tricked me into peeking porn sites. Though I did not masturbate but a guilt feel is inside me. Im going to start fresh again. Day 0.
I relapsed about 30 min ago, But I will count this day as my Day 1. and starting from now. may God help me and guide me through this challenge.
Almost day 6, can't believe it's so hard, even at this stage Hope that after two weeks it will be easier
So lots of urges and temptation this morning and last night... Caught myself trawling Instagram looking for sexy pictures... Stopped myself but need to stop quicker next time... Onwards...
