Because when I was watching porn (I quit last week), I used to love watching clips about mom or sister, at first I was imagining having sex with my own mom or sister but I noticed I was taking it too far . So I decided to think about my neighbor or someone else that I would find attractive instead, and yes I have a very sick mind and that's why I'm quitting porn.

 

In a way, I am kind of thinking you should tell your mom and dad. Yes it is their sex life. But you have been pulled in to it, whether you want that or not. They probably need to know that they should take care to not do anything sexual that you can see or hear, like do it on nights when you're not there. I'm not gonna lie, telling them would be unimaginably awkward, but then again, that might be just the jolt needed to put an end to this whole thing. Also I would recommend seeing a therapist, to get help and support from a professional

 

What I'm wondering is why the hell their bedroom door has a window in it. Maybe you should suggest they put a curtain over the window on the inside (not hallside!!!). You probably shouldn't go into detail with them.

 

You need to quit sleeping with her because that's affecting you, and you need to do a factory reset on your brain as soon as possible.
My suggestion will be if you can of course, take a month or two off without visiting your parents house or else you will never get over it, specially if you taking the 90 days plan of nofap. It will be extremely difficult because your parents lifestyle (I personally don't have an issue with it because it's none of my business) but it will continue affect you and you can't be around it if you are planning to cure yourself. I'm not here to judge you, I'm just trying to help you. Think about it!
