OK, this is my first week to officially take this Nofap seriously. So I come out with a schedule. The whole objective is to minimize the amount spend in front of screen as little as possible. Monday : Workout (Leg) Tuesday : Workout chest Wednesday : Meditation (to have a peace of mind) Thursday : Workout (Back) Friday : Swimming (cardio obviously) Any suggestion for Saturday and Sunday? Or what do you guys do to make yourself busy? Thanks, Jenson
Meditate every day would be very good so you can experience the full benefits also go to a movie or 2 on the weekends
This schedule looks good. One thing I have noticed, but spending too long on nofap can also not be a good thing. If your on here all the time and not working on a new project or time, you can spend way too long in the past. At least you’ve got a good plan here to do things with your time. All helps toward a different future.
Last time I failed because I don't have a solid plan. Spending too much time on computer screen is not a wise move, even on Nofap website also. Just go out to do something. Breathe in fresh air also good.
