I was wondering if its better to wake up with the morning wood, instead of continuing the nap. Sometimes its too early like 5 am, but I'm usually going in bed late so I cant wake up that early.
upto you, if you are tired then nap, if you are not get up. morning wood has nothing to do with how tired you are. As Seven mentioned morning wood is a sign that all is working fine...very normal
Just set a consistent wake time for yourself. If it's less than an hour till your alarm, get up. Otherwise, go back to sleep. Use that hour as a simple guideline. Adjust for what works for you. You want to avoid being woken by your alarm if possible, as that makes you groggier than waking naturally.
