I like to read, download movies, go to the gym. I used to paint but setting it up is quite time consuming. I used to like 'making' games but that got tedious, so now I play the odd game on steam when I feel the urge. I would like to try a few days without the internet but I'm not sure how successful I would be. I feel like if my mind is not distracted I would just pace the house or something.
I gave up weed but that was only because it was getting dangerous to acquire, also gave up smoking for health reasons although I vape a lot now haha.
Workout then take a blazing hot sauna bath.. Or just take a burning hot sauna bath directly and then taking an ice-cold shower. Makes you feel like you been hit by a thousand tons of bricks.
I meditate. It removes anxiety and stress from my life. Once you learn to be in the moment and to not stress about the future, it goes a long way. Aromatherapy helps, too; I like to burn incense.
Drinking was easy but ive been smoking on the regular for 20 years. I had to quit weed for a pre employement drug test. Since I quit weed I have damn near no interest in PMO so I may quit for good. I definitely wont go back to doing it regularly.
Reading and meditation. Also I like playing with my dog (golden), she's the best. I am currently sitting on a beach by myself as the sun is setting hearing and watching the waves go by. Theres a slight breeze, it feels really good.
I keep relaxation to a minimum during the day if I can help it. I relax when I'm asleep and If I'm relaxed then I'm not achieving my fitness or career goals. Once I meet those goals I'll move on to a relationship goal. The only time I really try to relax is when I feel I may relapse and other methods like working out don't help. Then I watch my favorite tv show or play a quick round or two of a game. This seems to replenish my will power and fight on. Also being on this forum helps me relax my nerves when feeling down about my porn problem.
It's a keyboard, a little big. I usually either start my mornings by practicing songs on it or writing my book it's a good time
Listen to relaxing music, read a book or go out for a walk. Those in particular help me a lot in distracting my mind and deal with the stress of the amount of things i generally have to do.
By listening to smooth classic, chill music or some jazz. Going for a walk in the forest and watching the sea can be relaxing too.
