Hi, all. I read about NoFap in a book about sex and porn addictions and thought I would give it a try. It wasn't until recently that the possibility that I have a porn addiction crossed my mind. I started using online porn during my teens, but more heavily in my 20s. It's ruined many of my relationships in the past, and I'm getting tired of hurting others from porn. I'm also tired of losing out by not being able to keep relationships due to my need to escape my stress and fear into my fantasy world.
