So I made it to 124 days on my first attempt. No porn, no masturbation. It's amazing what it does to your body and I can see it even more clearer now I've relapsed.

But the sexual energy got so intense and it's been all I could think about for the last week. Not coincidentally this coincided with my meditation routine faltering. Then yesterday this girl starts texting me some pretty dirty pics, and having some dirty talk, I relapse. I then relapsed with her again later in the day and then again just now. But that's the last time, back to NoFap.

So now I can see clearly the two sides of the coin - fapping and not fapping here are my experiences:
    NoFap:
    - heightened energy levels
    - see all women as more beautiful
    - can more easily connect with people, especially women
    - more motivation to go on dates and have sex and less nerves with it
    - more confidence
    - sense of achievement
    - a feeling of being more masculine

    Fapping:
    - decreased energy
    - feeling "dirty" and not as masculine
    - not as much motivation to connect with people or "put yourself out there"
    - don't see women as attractive as when on NoFap

I'm definitely over porn. The thought of porn now just seems weird and I can't really imagine what it'd be like to watch it now - nor do I wanna think about it too much anyway.

    Some advice:
    - Meditation - been doing it for years and recommend it to anyone
    - Yoga/exercise/chi gong - helps divert the sexual energy into something else
    - Don't send/receive dirty texts, especially until you've mastered some self-discipline
    - Read books
    - Start a new hobby
    - Focus your motivations and priorities in life
    - Limit your scrolling through social media
    - Don't just lye in bed unless it's to sleep
    - Remind yourself how gutted you'd be to lose your day count
    - Go and meet new girls, go on dates - partly satisfies that need for some sexual attention even if you don't have sex
    - Have an interest/curiosity in the sexual energy you feel and wonder what it'd be like if you kept resisting draining it all on a wank
    - Remember wanking is not worth it
    - Save it for a real girl

  2. Great advice and congratulations on making it so long before that happened. Dust yourself off and do it again. You know you can.

Being hard-line about only engaging in a sexual way in real life is a great way to avoid the trap presented by texting/dating apps/social media

Glad to hear your experience and can only hope you find future peace and wellness.

    This last bit quoted.

I get where you are coming from and what are you feeling and mean by it.

But I cannot help but say this.

Those females on camera are real human beings. Degraded and made to appear as worthless throwawable objects in a human body.

Wanking is being a slave to hideously corrupt penises paid to be hideous by hideously evil monsters who do business better than credit card companies.
