Fapping is certainly not a good way to distress!

    Fapping is certainly not a good way to de-stress!

    I've heard many many no. of times people fap when they are under stress! O god what a pathetic state this is...
    Don't you find anything else to relieve from stress? Do you really think only jerking your vital fluid off is the legal way to get de-stress?
    Let me clear one thing, if you think jerking off has nothing much to do with brain. Lets don't beleive this so called ' modern medical science' which knows half truth.
    According to ayurveda, our brain and semen has direct relation, your brain is under control by the vital fluid. All your memory, concentration, focus, moods each function can be performed by brain more or less effectively due to the amount of semen you have in your body.
    The principle of brahmacharya says, if you don't waste your semen by any means it directly raises upward to nourish your brain( this fact has scientific evidence) therefore a brahmachari has a high retention of memory. More you preserve your semen more will be your will power, concentration, focus, confidence, more mental stability and more mental balance.
    So if you deplete this vital fluid every other day it will just give you temporary mood swing and you will feel relax. But many neurons would have died in the process and it will after all seriously your brain health. Thats why frequent masturbation leads to lack of concentration, lack of memory, lack of focus, brain fog and many mental disorders.
    So what should you do when you are under stress? If you have other such a divine ways to relax your brain and to handle stress never go that way of hell again.
    What are those divine ways?
    1. Yoga
    2. Pranayama
    3. Meditation
    I challenge if you done these activities even once when you are under stress, you won't find any other better way to relax your mind.
    If you don't know any of the above mentioned way, you can search on internet.
    Note: for yoga, do no. of asanas (yog positions). Don't just stop on single asana and during meditation hand should be in position of gyan mudra(search on net). This position is effective for de-stressing.
    Apart from de-stressing, these all things also help you to abstain from urge to fap. You will find energy within you right after doing these activities and will also help you to stay away from PMO.

    Please note: When you use the words distress or distressing, I think you mean de-stress and de-stressing.

    A useful thing I've been doing which I got from meditation is just be aware of the muscles in your body, a lot of the time I find myself tensing a lot, especially in social situations and it lets me calm down and possibly increase my interactions because I guess if I feel tense people will be able to pick that up
