Day 3 of 7 done The strategy of staying away from the internet is really paying of right now. Yes there are minor urges and I also did not sleep very well, but I just pulled through it. Keeping stress low, reading books, working out, hope this goes on.
No urges again today just some very pornographic images that popped into my head. I made it a point not to follow the "story line" and stopped paying attention to them. I'm very stressed out the past two days (unrelated to challenge) and this is usually when i turn to PMO for distraction. Not doing that the past two days. I need to get my stress under control and get some work done. It feels good to realize that I'm not giving in where I used to give in to PMO. I really want to take that excess energy and pour it into my work.
