I have no big problems like others on this site, like anxiety etc., but I have read on several internet sites and heard in tedtalks to what problems constant masturbation leads and what benefits one might get by not masturbating, like more confidence, more enthusiasm and so on. Since I just graduated from school I want to change some things in my life and stop masturbating is one of them.
