    Hi All,

    I just joined this morning.
    I have not been able to give up P since my early teens. Sometimes I go for months without it, but eventually I relapse. I want to give it up for good. It is also my wish to give up fapping entirely. I have started by making a goal to get to the first of January 2015 without looking at P or fapping.

    I plan to visit this site whenever I get tempted to PMO - it will be a great tool to divert my attention and help remind me of my goal.
