    Hey guys (trigger warning)

    So just now I had a really bad urge like i googled a pornstar I used to like and was very close to watching a porn video but I quickly left the browser before.

    I'm a month in without any porn and this is getting harder, first two weeks were okay but now I keep fantatising about it and I can feel getting excited about it, which is wrong wrong wrong! Fuck you dopamine!

    I guess the main reason I didn't go through with it was that I've relapsed so many times before and every time I go back to it its never enough. After PMOing I'll be like "Oh, thats disappointing." And i'll keep on "chasing the high" which never exists. So yeah fuck porn basically

    Just believe in yourself! And by looking forward to the benefits that you’ll get rather than be happy for 2 sec it literally doesn’t worth it at all!!!!

    Try filling your idle time with productive tasks. Go jogging, lift weights, clean the house, organize your desk, finish that project you started, learn to code in Python... there's tons of stuff you can do to engage your mind and body and that may help you avoid the temptation of relapse.
