    Hello, my name is Ryan and I'm currently working on becoming porn and alcohol free for 5 weeks. I've started not watching porn and drinking on July 1st.

    Welcome man! I am doing a PMO free as well for the month of July. I like the idea of including alcohol though. I am trying to be healthier overall. Lets do this!!
