Day 20/90 done with the teens now into twenties, feeling good about the progress so far, I have a bit of loneliness issue going on though. I do find myself constantly checking on my phone, trying to find people to text like all the time. I need to work on being comfortable with my loneliness.
16 days ...exercise and movement i'm realizing are so essential if you actually want to overcome this addiction. I signed up for a 3 month gym membership the same day I started this, as each day passes, I firmly move from one dark path to another far brighter one. Getting stronger physically and mentally. Every positive action i take, every piece of self care all strengthen my resolve. Life should be playful, and lived with conviction. Honor your body, your sexuality, your health...they are gifts. A deeper connection is all we seek, and I believe this Nofap journey is a great opportunity to look a little further. Sending out strength to anyone who needs it...
Day 52? I woke up late and missed walking meditation at the Vihara yesterday, but today I overslept till noon. I must have needed it, not having a job is kinda stressful itself.
Day 5/90 today I am tired because I returned from a trip and didn't get a good sleep over there... Easy day and keeping my goal in mind, let's go brothers don't give up!
