Day 3! Having trouble falling asleep again. Keep on waking up in short bursts. But I will not be deterred....
12 down and 78 remaining. Sailing has been pretty smooth lately, but I know from experience not to let my guard down.
Day 31 without porn/masturbation.. maybe i should change my challenge from no PM to no PMO....? because the urges stay high after i had sex.. that makes it more difficult?
change one habit at a time. and start small. i find the book "the power of less" of Babauta helpfull. he has also a program for changing habits, https://seachange.zenhabits.net/, i'm sure it's worth the money!! it will be much more easy changing habits this way, because you have accountability, guidance, .. i also use the app 'habithub' to track my habits. it helps me to not fool myself and see clearly my progress! succes!
Day number 4. Got slightly tempted. But I am doing things like reading and work around the house to keep me busy and going down that road.
Day 3 drawing to a close. Tempted a few times and found myself drawn to looking at cosplay girls on Instagram. Stopped myself and moved on...
