Next up is the 14 day challenge while my long term goal is 180 days no pmo.

 

7 days challenge finished, now will go for 10 days that is my higgest personal mark with no PMO.

Day 3...going good so far...Getting feelings of restlessness, Irritation and frustration...can control the urges.

 

Successfull people do their work even if they don't feel like doing it.
