So like the title says I get nervous and excessively self-conscious around women that I’m attracted to. Around women that I’m not attracted to I can be relatively calm and outgoing. It used to way worse than it is now but I still would like to improve in this area. My question is, is this normal or okay to feel this way? Has anyone been this way and was able to stop it? What is the root cause of feeling this way?
There are some exercises in the book. They start small, like walking up to an attractive woman and asking what time it is. Have you tried those? Things improve by practice and you have to start somewhere.
