I felt good too finding like minded people with same problem and same fight.

 

Its interesting to see that there are more people that for different reasons choose to no PMO. I do it because it is a Catholic thing to do (christian religion). I hope that I can learn more about the effects of no PMO. I know that it seems as that my bodys normal mode is to atleast MO. I dont know if I am an evolved being to this state by thousands of years or if it just happened during my adolescence when I PMO'ed. So now I know that uncomfort and pressure is what no PMOs brings.

 

Ofcourse. The Holy Scripture says that we should deny pleasure of the body for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

I joined on day 3 of my current streak and was really excited to get into it. I did hours of this forum some days. And it worked. It helped me stay clean and stay motivated to avoid PMO. From avoiding PMO a lot of good stuff has started to come up in my life. So I keep doing the forums so that I stick to the basics and get the daily reminders I need. I think the forums are really great.

 

Yes, I felt the same!

I was so broken I was willing to do whatever it took to stay sober. So when I got here I was humble, honest and open about my feelings and willing to accept all forms of help people offered me.

What I found is that no one judged me, everyone was very open minded and like o e huge family, everyone said things like “you can do it, keep it up!”

The positivity and non judgmental support is incredible on here. Very few trolls and most really just express their experience in hopes to help others.
