White Pudding-like things coming out while or after pissing, normal in the stage of recovery?

Hey guys,

so I broke my virginity with a real girl over 1 month ago, we tried to have sex on 3 separate attempts. and basically I pretty much failed all 3 times, the very last time I had a mild erection and went in and was done in 5 seconds

I realized my sever condition so I decided to take Nofapp till the end.
So below are my symptoms.

After I abstained for about 5 days after breaking my virginity. I noticed white semen-like things coming out after my pee. Also, after my pee, there was a light sensation (like when you ejaculate, but 5 times lower stimulation) just before the white semen/pudding-like things came out. They don't come out automatically, I have to really push them to come out, and they came out like thick drips. I did a blood test, prostate and pee test too and everything was normal.

After 2-3 weeks of No fapping, the number of times it happening decreased dramatically and there was like this 5 days which I almost noticed no leakage at all. But for the last week, I start noticing it again! and there is like a lot that comes out. Again, I get this slight titilating sensation (like just before you cum/climax when you jerk off) then I could feel things immediately come through my penis, then stops at the tip, then I have to push to get it out.

Any thoughts??? is this normal like it's just part of the re-calibrating process?

It never happened before when I went NoFap, but after I had real sex 1 month ago, it happened in my NoFap period till now. Would that symptom be a part of a re-calibrating process?

 

But isn't pre-cum suppose to be clear and see-through? Mine is opaque white and odorless.

it is opaque and pure white, and odorless, I have done blood test and urine test and prostate test, all normal... so I wonder what is going on, but no matter what I will abstaining until I make love with a woman I like.
