    Hi all,

I read this topic about rebooting : https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/resource-50-habits-for-a-successful-reboot.127132/

And I noticed that it is deprecated to have other addictions while rebooting, because of the effects on the dopaminergic system. I have drawn a line in the sand with all my "bad" addictions, but I still listen to music most of the time.

From a neurobiological point of view, is it wrong ? Will this habit slow down my reboot ? Do I fill the lack of sex (and other addictions) with my headphones ?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Hey dude, I've read about that too... i think some nice music, not too loud, and not like 24/7 all the time, to not be a problem and can actually help with good vibes. Depends on the music also :) i like progressive trance nowadays as one of the best genres.
    Have a good day!
