Small business problems- brothers issues

    i work alongside my two older brothers
    I’ve been doing NoFap now for 40+ days

    I’m noticing how much strength I’m gaining and I’m also sadly noticing the cycles that THEY are in with their wives and families. Be it the ups and downs of day to day life.

    I wish I could tell my brothers about what I’m doing and all the gains I’m experiencing. Especially the massive boost to my own marriage. For some reason I fear rejection if I tell them about something great I’m doing. I don’t want to push it on them but I think they both would benefit greatly from this.. anyone please shed some light on this. Thanks.

    Just say it in a relaxed setting when no one else is around and they seem laid back.

    They are your brothers.

    I have mentioned it to friends before.

    The best way to convince them would be to share a link to 'Benefits of NoFap' threads. This way you can tell them - Don't just take my word for it, you have a lot of people and their experience to count on.
