Has anyone here also read Think & Grow Rich and is interested in Sexual Transmutation?! I am NoFap (only day 2 and just joined here )because eventually with control I should be able to divert the energy into my professional goals and build success (Napolean Hill talks about it it Think & Grow Rich.) I figure no fapping is a good first step...and the sexual transmuation stuff is more advanced for later. Is anyone else also NoFap for this reason?! Cheers.

Im interested in this to! Also in a flatline so energy is not high right now. I would like to know more about it so I wonder if anyone knows if there are any books one can read to find out more?
Hey this is pretty cool! I just wanna share that i kind of transmuted all this energy into teaching myself how to play the guitar. It feels so liberating searching for new songs and tabs and chords instead of new P to MO to. I guess you guys can try picking up a musical instrument as well and see where it leads you? His take is that you actually visualise the energy moving from down below and up through your body and into your head...I tried it and its true you can feel the energy moving there.
