yes. It happened during my exam at home today... I was stupid to eat dinner and drink Coke next to the computer and guess what happened. It was Coke all over the place. My computer still works though only a few spots was covered with Coke. But it upsets me.it upsets me for destroying another computer. Earlier has been infected with viruses because of too much PMO. Now in my head i feel for relapsing because it is too much dopamineright now. I have to deliver the exam on Thursday at 2 p.m. So it is not long time. I am very frustrated about the exam tasks in which i find hard and now this shit happened. Can I get som supportive words.? PMO wont help anyway ,
Read from a physical book. I can never use computer to study because then I will always procrastinate and somehow end up on weird videos on YT.
when everything is normal, everyone would be good and happy. the time that really will defined who you are, is when the time is hard, and shit hits the fan, what you do, is what defines who you are. i had same problem, every time when I'm in panic mode, like i only have one day before due and everything is rush and confusing, i would smoke a lot, and want to PMO to release some pressure off from my chest. but now, what i will do is, sit down, deep breath, get myself together, realise that smoking and PMO is not the way to deal with things and more focus on the task that i have to finish. good luck bro, you can do it!
