I thing I'm missing something.There's something that I probably don't understand about NoFap.I need some advice guys ! (Especially on how to deal with urges)
What it has worked for me until now and have gotten me the best results its writing in a paper some rules about what you are allowed to do and what not. For example: Allowed to watch TV/internet from 10:00 to 20:00. So, from 20:00 to sleep I dont use internet because I know the urges are stronger at those times (also boringness, etc). You need to follow this paper like a god. One of the rules must be that you need to read this paper at least, 1 time a day. Everytime you stepped out of just one rule, consider yourself relapsed. (you will). So you follow this paper like a God.
I'm dealing with the same, but in my case my urges are weaker tan my thoughs. So, I relapse when I forget my commitment with my self. In contrast with your case I saw improvement in the first week, but I forget what i was doing, so I relapsed with my old habits, the best way for me is keeping track of what I'm doing, so I know in general what I want to achieve and what I want to avoid.
Hey pal! I know how you feel. Its okay, its hard to all of us. The best thing i advise you do to is reduce or completely avoid social snapchat,facebook,twitter,instagram (if you use one of them) media. Because there are photos of hot women on instagram or facebook that are half naked and etc. Be in a different place, avoid the place that you always masturbate it will give you the vision again. Geting urges now ? Do pushups or go take a cold shower read a book clear your mind so that you can fight the urge and everything is gonna be okay. I relapsed once too, my streak was 21 days now im back at 30 days it was hard the first and second week. So pull yourself together and stay strong you can do it !
