I feel you. I actually am suffering with ED right now. I lost two opportunities last week with two different girls. In both occasions they were ready to get it, naked and legs open, and wet for me, but I could not get it up even though I was into them... It is super frustrating. I have been staying away from porn for something like a month, even though I've been ejaculating once or twice a week. But last week, as I said, I was shocked that I could not get it up with either of those girls. I am in my late 20's and I am healthy. I don't know if I am going through that so called flat line period now... but shit. The funny thing is that it has not been difficult for me to stay away from porn. I remember a few years ago, I could not stay away from it for more than a couple of days, and also without jerking off, but now it is not difficult for me to do it, however, I still can't get hard if I don't pop a blue pill, and even with that, sometimes it's not fully hard. I am trying to do a clean reboot and see if that does anything. The plan is to not watch porn AT ALL and not ejaculate, although I sometimes give myself some maintenance hand job just to check on it, but without cumming. I hope that this can get fixed because it is very hard not to be able to have sex with the girls that you like, at such a young age still. I hope it is only something temporary and that I will be able to get back into sexual shape soon.

Hi, thanks. Well what I would find more arousing was usually porn where the woman was being unfaithful or something like that. Usually getting banged by some dig bicked dude; anals... You know, stuff like that. I also have recorded some sextapes of me having sex with girls and I watched that often. Now I have been away from porn for like a month, even though I watched a couple of those sextapes the other day, I have still been masturbating, though not too often. But since I still have not seen great results, I will be putting more restrictions, like not ejaculating... See what happens.

In all honesty, I don't find it too difficult to stay away from porn now, sometimes that worries me a bit,though I remember that before (say maybe three years ago) it was near impossible to do a streak of 3 days without porn and masturbation. Last year I did my longest streak of two months of no porn, no ejaculation, and no masturbation, and it wasn't too hard. The most difficult part is always to gather the motivation to start, but once I start it is easy to keep going. I had great initial results in terms of erection quality after those two months, hardest erections that I've ever had as far as I remember, but instead of ED, I was having PE when I attempted to have sex after that streak... Even though PE is not as bad as ED, it still a problem in bed and leaves the partner unsatisfied. I then relapsed because I got frustrated and then all the ED symptoms started to come back... I am not sure if this was because of the porn or because I started to ejaculate with greater frequency again. I don't have a girlfriend at the moment, just casual sex partners, but when they do meet up is to have sex, not to have a conversation about why I can't get it up or to give me consolation... you know. I think I might be going through the infamous flatline right now because my libido feels kind of low. It has been a week since the last time I ejaculated (having sex), but longer (a bit over a month) since I last watched porn, and like I said, I don't have urges right now. I barely think about it. But I still have ED.
