You need to build your own discipline , ''no'' is a powerful word , you should know how to used , you need to take the final decision for quitting porn , if you are attracted by something , try to think about another think ,like planning something you gone do soon you arrive at home ( something like that) , trust me porn is trash , he show us a fiction nothing is real , don't make porn is your as escape , find something else like a book who inspires you , magazine , other thing useful, even better , when you are on your way back to home , read a book for not been distracted , speak with your friend, lisent to music , draw , write your daily goals or even your big goal and other thing be creative...etc ,
